Abstract
Workplace wellness programs have gained popularity as a strategy to improve employee health and well-being, reduce healthcare costs, and enhance organizational productivity. This review examines the impact of workplace wellness programs on employee health outcomes, including physical fitness, mental health, and chronic disease management. It also evaluates their effects on organizational outcomes such as absenteeism, job satisfaction, and employee retention. Drawing from empirical studies, meta-analyses, and program evaluations, the review synthesizes evidence on the effectiveness of various components of workplace wellness programs, such as health screenings, fitness activities, stress management interventions, and health education initiatives.
