Abstract

Organic farming represents a holistic approach to agriculture that emphasizes soil health, biodiversity conservation, and ecological sustainability. This paper examines the principles and practices of organic farming, including crop rotation, composting, and biological pest control. It discusses the environmental, social, and health benefits of organic agriculture, as well as challenges related to certification, market access, and scalability. By promoting regenerative farming practices, organic agriculture offers a promising pathway towards resilient and equitable food systems.
