Abstract

Precision agriculture, enabled by advanced technologies such as GPS, remote sensing, and data analytics, revolutionizes crop management practices by optimizing resource use, enhancing productivity, and reducing environmental impacts. This paper explores the principles and applications of precision agriculture, including variable rate fertilization, automated irrigation systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for crop monitoring. It discusses the benefits and challenges of adopting precision agriculture techniques and emphasizes their potential to contribute to sustainable agriculture and food security.
